A few weeks back Matt and I had the pleasure of being Mike and Alex McIlwaine's Dinner guests at Blue Smoke. We had Ribs, wings and chips {my fav!}. This meal was one of the best I've had in my life! The ribs were beyond tender, the BBQ sauce amazing, the wings spicy, and the chips just perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this AMAZING southern BBQ restaurant for all lovers of good southern cooking! I can't wait to go back for Matt's Birthday this month!
